Address Accuracy

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal by the recipient, or incorrect address details, reshipping fees may apply.
Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable packages unless confirmed to be a carrier-related issue.
